Preventative Maintenance

Our company can design a maintenance program that fits your building’s specific needs. We offer services monthly, quarterly, annually or “On Call” as needed. Some of those services include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduled filter replacement
  • Light bulb replacement/re-lamping
  • Check all plumbing for leaks
  • Check all mechanical equipment for leaks/problems and repair
  • Check all belts and replace as needed
  • Check roof for leaks or problems
  • Check interior and exterior of entire building for any needed maintenance or repairs
  • Replace broken/stained ceiling tiles
  • Inspect cooling tower for proper operation
  • Air compressor inspection
  • Boiler inspection to ensure they are operating efficiently
  • Check all pumps and grease bearings
